Ellyn Veal earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2011. With over 13 years of experience in civil infrastructure, she is a key contributor to Mintek’s growth in strategic markets, specializing in advancing the adoption of soil stabilization technologies.

Ellyn works closely with specifiers, influencers, and decision-makers to ensure that solutions are considered/specified early and often, where they can make the greatest impact.

She provides hands-on engineering support, technical guidance, and value engineering recommendations tailored to real project outcomes. Ellyn also develops product resources, coordinates third-party testing programs, and leads training sessions for engineers, contractors, and agencies.
