Associate Member Mintek Resources was instrumental in assembling our Contractor Members including Chilton Contracting, DuBose Construction Company, and Newell Roadbuilders along with D&J Enterprises with ALDOT’s Construction and Materials & Tests Bureaus to collaborate for these specification changes.
